Predictions: Charlton vs Southampton
People often compare Charlton and Southampton together as we are two very similar sides. We both were teams expecting to get relegated only a few seasons ago but both have grown and expected to finish top 10 each season. Charlton did finish 7 places higher than Southampton last season and ended the season with a 2-1 win over Southampton at The Valley.
We do have a good record against the Saints. We have won the last 2 fixtures at home against them so im going for another Charlton win, and I think this is a must win considering our very poor away start to the season.
Southampton start to the season has been poor, they have won once and also lost their manager, and it looks like they will take on Charlton manager-less.
Prediction: 2-0 to Charlton, goals from Jeffers and Rommendahl should be enough for Charlton, im expecting a good game infront of the sky camera's, lets hope they dont let us down.
