Arsene Wenger was right when he said their is a extra cup to be won this season, the "Beat Arsenal" Cup. Its true the team that does beat Arsenal this season will certainly be famous for a few weeks and it would be nice to see Charlton get that honour, but I cant see it happening.
Last season we drew 1-1 at The Valley and was unlucky at Highbury just losing 2-1, this season could be the same but it will all depend on how we perform and how Arsenal will perform after their draw in europe. I expect the likes of Rommendahl and Euell to be recalled to help boast our chances but it looks like Jeffers may miss his chance to face his former team.
Prediction: 1-0 to Arsenal, the first time im betting against Charlton. At the begaining of the week I was thinking it may be 3-0 to Arsenal but I think we may have a slight advantage not playing away in europe during the week.
