Interesting game at Fulham this weekend. I was there and did find some of the paper write ups to be harsh. A few said the game was dull and boring. I didnt think so.

The first half was our best half. Bartlett had two great opportunities to score but somehow didnt. And we did create chances. The second half was poor though. We didnt creat many chances and we did sit back when Fulham was there for the taking.

Konchesky had the best chance and was my man of the match. He was the only player who wanted to get forward and attack Fulham.

There was some interesting points I noticed from the Charlton crowd. First throughout the whole game we were cheering and singing Francis Jeffers name. The fans want to see him player and he would suit the 4-5-1 formation better than Bartlett. Jeffers must of enjoyed it as he gave us a good clap when he left the field.

The other point was about half hour from the end we begain singing "4-4-2" over and over. Curbs did ignore us but he must of heard it. 4-5-1 is far to defensive and now Curbs plays Kishishev as a midfield sweeper, its more defensive than ever.

We need to return to 4-4-2 soon, especially with Tottenham coming next at The Valley.
