My Views: Charlton vs Birmingham

My Views: Charlton 3 Birmingham 1

Another fantastic win and another good performance by the team as we beat Birmingham 3-1 at The Valley.

The game had many positives, especially in the second half. The first half started well with another El Karkouri goal. It was abit lucky but I was especially pleased as I had a £3 bet on him to score first which won me £56.

We did have chances but couldnt score the vital second goal. We started the second half badly and Birmingham did get on top and eventually scored the equaliser and it was well deserved. But then Curbishley made a chance which turned the whole match.

First Curbishley changed the formation to 4-4-2 and brought on Franny Jeffers who played very well. He created 2 goals for Bartlett and Murphy and hopefully this will give Jeffers a run in the team and change the formation back to 4-4-2.

Another plus was the performance of Danny Murphy. He looked fantastic in the second half and dominated midfield. And topped of the game with a fantastic goal. He is now showing his true form.

Everton away is next and hopefully we can get at least a point.
