Ill keep this short as the game didnt really rely on the performance of Charlton for once. I cant say that Charlton played bad but it was certainly a case of Chelsea was that good.
I have never been a big fan of Chelsea and have often had a moan about them and say they would never win the Premiership. But after seeing them against Charlton on saturday, it has changed my mind.
Chelsea were simply awesome. They looked like they could of scored 6-7 if they wanted to. They scored 4 and were always looking for more. Robben and Duff were great and John Terry was a real threat up front of all places.
Charlton were still in the game at half time and were unlucky at the end of the first half. But as soon as Chelsea got the second it was game over. They made it 3 shortly after and then killed in 10 minutes later.
Palace away is next and hopefully 3 points for us. But it wont be easy. After 2 defeats in the last 2 games then this is a must win.
