So its now three away games out of four now that we have lost by four goals but there was a slight difference in this game...we actually played well.
Hard to believe but you have to consider how good Arsenal are at the moment and how bad we are away from home, so a 4-0 defeat wasn't suprising but was dissappointing.
But we did perform well n the first half, probably the best performance away from home in the first half and Curbishley had the right tactics by going at Arsenal when ever they can and also crowding the penalty box to stop any of their fast passing movement.
But unfortunately for us, Arsenal seemed to have an answer to everything we did and tore us to shreds in the second half, and I must point out how good Theirry Henry is, his first goal via a backheel was class and his second was a rocket past Kiely.
Arsenal simply were awesome, but after a good first half display it was only us you can blame for the goals conceded, Euell for the first goal for giving the ball away to Henry and Fortune should have never et Henry backheel it through his legs and into the goal.
Dean Kiely was awesome for us yesterday, he may of let in 4 goals but it could of been alot worse if he wasnt their, I do believe we have one of the best goalkeepers in the Premiership and England, he keeps us in games and his saves our worth goals to us.
Next is Newcastle at home in 2 weeks, our home games are becoming must wins and hopefully our good home form will continue against the Toon.
