Shortly after Charlton Mad bought you the news of Yassin Moutaouakil's departure. Some more transfers for the Addicks have been announced.

Firstly, the outgoing;

Stuart Fleetwood has returned to Exeter City on a Season long loan. Fleetwood appeared 8 times for The Grecians at the tail end of last season, scoring 3 goals.

Former Charlton midfielder Zheng Zhi today signed for Celtic on a two year deal. The China captain had been a free agent since leaving The Valley at the end of last season.

And now, the incoming:

Joining the ranks of League One Leaders Charlton Athletic are Leon McKenzie and Luke Holden.

A centre forward who can also play on the left of midfield, 30 year old Leon McKenzie began his career at Crystal Palace where he found the net 7 times in 85 appearances, a brief loan spell at Peterborough in 1998 made his name in football finding the net 8 times in 14 appearances, a permanent move to Posh followed soon after and McKenzie went on to score 46 goals in 90 games. A move to Norwich City in 2003 saw him score 20 goals in 79 games before his most recent transfer to Coventry City where Leon struck 12 times in 61 games.

Leon McKenzie has joined on a free transfer.

Luke Holden, a 20 year old former Liverpool trainee, has signed on an initial 3 month loan from Welsh Premier League side Rhyl. The left sided winger is also a frequent goal scorer in the Welsh leagues, finding the net 4 times in his 9 appearances for Rhyl this season.

It is hoped that both of these players can provide extra strength to Phil Parkinson's squad as the Addicks look to continue their near perfect start to the League One season.
