Knockout revenge?

The Sun today remind everyone Charlton have slumped to four straight Premiership defeats — including a 4-1 mauling by Rovers.

The Addicks had no complaints after suffering their first defeat on the road this season at Ewood Park. After the defeat Alan Curbishley said: "We didn't hold our end up on the defensive side. We just couldn't get going so our passing and attacking play was affected. There are some things that went on today that have no place in our side."

Mark Hughes (the Blackburn boss) said: "I imagine there will be a reaction from them after that defeat. They are taking this cup seriously like we are, so it’s a shame two clubs who want to win it have been drawn together."
