Notts County have allowed midfielder Johnnie Jackson to leave Meadow Lane and join League One rivals Charlton Athletic, reports BBC Radio Nottingham.Jackson spent just one season with the Magpies after joining from Colchester in August 2009 but wants to return to London for family reasons.
The 27-year-old had a spell on loan with the Addicks last season, making four appearances.
But he returned to Notts before the end of the campaign because of injury.
