Gary Doherty and Johnnie Jackson are in line for their first appearances for Charlton in Tuesday night's friendly at Welling. Defender Doherty, a recent signing from Norwich, and former Notts County midfielder Jackson sat out the Addicks' opening pre-season defeat at AFC Wimbledon on Saturday. "Hopefully Johnnie and Gary, who are a couple of days behind in terms of training and were back at the training ground to do some work earlier in the day, will figure on Tuesday," said manager Phil Parkinson. Spanish trialist Guillem Bauza is also in line for another appearance as he attempts to earn a permanent deal. Meanwhile, Parkinson is due to hold talks with veteran defender Christian Dailly about re-signing for the south Londoners.
