Jerzy Dudek has accused the Charlton striker of winning the Addicks a penalty unfairly when the two sides met at the Valley on Wednesday night.

Bent was awarded the spot kick after the Pole was adjudged to have brought the striker to ground, although Dudek is adament that he pulled out from a challenge at the last second.

Referee Andre Mariner pointed to the spot but Dudek got away with only a yellow card for his part in the incident.

Bent picked himself up and scored the first in Charlton’s 2-0 win, which took the striker’s tally to 15 goals this season.
