Duo missing for Addicks

Charlton remain without skipper Johnnie Jackson and goalkeeper Ben Hamer for the visit of Brighton.

Midfielder Jackson completes a three-match ban for his red card at Yeovil earlier this month.

Hamer has yet to recover from the ankle injury which has kept him out of the last five matches so Ben Alnwick keeps his place between the sticks.

Leon Cort is still out with a knee injury but fellow defender Chris Solly started his first match since August at Bolton on Saturday having recovered from his knee problem and should continue at right-back.

Brighton skipper Gordon Greer could return from injury.

Defender Greer has missed the last two matches with a calf problem and boss Oscar Garcia will assess his fitness this week.

Midfielder Andrea Orlandi is also close to returning from a knee injury and could make the bench in place of winger Kazenga LuaLua, who misses out through suspension.

Goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak is fit after a stomach muscle injury but his deputy Peter Brezovan is set to keep his place after back-to-back clean sheets.
