Alan Curbishley realises Charlton must start to turn results around, with two London derbies at home over the festive period.

"We've got 20-odd games left and loads of points to play for - does confidence breed results or do results breed confidence? I think you have to have both if you're going to be successful and I'm just looking for a result," he said.
