The 19-year-old England youth international was due to return to Upton Park after his initial month-long spell at The Valley expired following Tuesday's loss to Southampton.
However, Nouble, who has made six appearances for the Addicks so far scoring once in the 2-1 defeat at Dagenham on March 19, will now remain with Chris Powell's side until May 7.
