Exeter vs Charlton Athletic PREVIEW

Last updated : 04 September 2010 By Matt Fricker

Having been drawn away to MK Dons in the 2nd round of the JPT this morning, Charlton’s focus now turns back to League One with today’s away trip to Exeter.

The Addicks will be looking to bounce back against the Grecians following an unfortunate 3 -1 defeat to Huddersfield last Saturday. But a mid-week victory in the JPT should help Phil Parkinson’s men gain confidence once more.

In team news Kelly Youga is still injured and there are question marks as to whether or not new signings Joe Anyinsah  and Jon Fortune will be fit to play a part in today’s fixture. Christian Dailly is also a doubt for today, but Parky otherwise has a full squad to choose from.

With this in mind, my prediction for today’s squad is:

GK: Rob Elliot

RB: Simon Francis

LB: Johnnie Jackson

CB: Gary Doherty

CB: Christian Dailly ©

LM: Kyel Reid

CM: Jose Semedo

CM: Alan McCormack

RM: Scott Wagstaff

CF: Pawel Abbott

CF: Paul Benson

Subs: Ross Worner, Chris Solly, Matt Fry, Therry Racon, Joe Anyinsah, Lee Martin, Akpo Sodje

Come on you Addicks!!
