Sky has announced that Charlton’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie away to Southampton will be broadcast live on Wednesday November 11th at 7.45pm.
The Addicks, who convincingly beat Barnet 4 -1 in the previous round, will be looking to pick up a victory over Alan Pardew’s Southampton, who are one of only two teams to leave The Valley with a point this season following their 1 -1 draw in September.
The Saints, who narrowly beat League Two’s Torquay United in the previous round with a 5 -3 victory on penalties, have won their last two League One fixtures. Having begun the campaign on minus ten points Southampton are still viewed by many to have more than enough to challenge for the play off positions this season.
Charlton have confirmed that there will be a Valley Express service to Southampton at a price of £16 return. Ticket prices and availability are due to be announced later this week.
